There are absolutely NO REFUNDS!

Please read the description of all our products before making a purchase especially our ready to ship units and our pre-made units.

If for any reason you purchase a ready to ship unit or a pre-made unit and you're having issues with sizing you will be allowed a ONE TIME EXCHANGE ONLY. THE LACE CANNOT BE CUT OFF, no exceptions! If we are currently out of stock of your order a store credit will be issued.  ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

FINAL SALE/NO RETURNS on all orders of hair accessories and lashes. If any product is received damaged please contact us and a store credit will be issued.
